Custom Orders and Quotes
Custom pricing depends on quantity, materials or ingredients, personalization, design complexity, production time, pickup or delivery, and setup needs. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Changes may require a revised price and completion date.
Deposits and Payment
A nonrefundable deposit may be required before work begins or a date is reserved. The remaining balance and due date will be stated on the invoice or written confirmation. Orders are not released or delivered until required payment is completed.
Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Because custom supplies, ingredients, design time, and production may begin before delivery, deposits and completed custom work are generally nonrefundable. Any refund, credit, or rescheduling decision depends on the stage of the order and the written terms provided with the quote.
Personalization Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, colors, quantities, and other personalized details before approval. After approval or production begins, corrections may require an additional fee and may not be possible by the original deadline.
Pickup, Delivery, and Setup
Pickup and delivery are arranged by order and service area. Bassett/Martinsville, Eden, Greensboro weekend service, and select delivery routes are subject to availability. Delivery, mileage, waiting, stairs, venue access, or setup may require additional fees. Customers should arrive within the confirmed pickup window.
Food Orders and Allergens
Delectable Desserts products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Ingredient and allergen questions must be discussed before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Food products are offered only when and where current production and sales requirements permit.
Product Appearance
Handcrafted products may have small variations. Colors can also appear different on screens or printed materials. We make every reasonable effort to follow the approved vision while maintaining quality, stability, and product safety.
Rush Orders
Rush availability depends on capacity and supplies. An additional rush fee may apply. We reserve the right to decline an order when the deadline would compromise quality or safe production.
Photos and Portfolio Use
We may photograph finished work for our portfolio and social media without sharing private customer information. Please notify us in writing before completion if the order should remain private.
Privacy and Communications
Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, and provide requested updates. We do not sell customer contact information. Marketing emails are sent only where permission applies and include an unsubscribe option.
